As of 28th February 2001, it has again become an independent company in order to respond promptly to global market needs for engineering and technology-oriented projects. Since its establishment, HEC has successfully participated in a wide range of projects in every phase of the project cycle from project planning to construction including project development; feasibility studies; project planning; basic and detailed engineering; construction; construction supervision; operation & maintenance and consulting services.
